	Baseline Contamination Assessments / Due Diligence Assessments
	Establishing the level of contamination prior to owning or occupying a site.
	Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessments
	Assessing the risks posed by site contamination to develop site-specific action levels (often minimising the amount of remediation required)
